​ 06/15/23 - Official Illusion of Being Update and SFW Sample Images

Hello Everyone,

As we are approaching ever closer to the release of Chapter 1, it is imperative to us to deliver the most immersive and polished experience we can for you to enjoy.

Many aspects of this production have changed on an art and programming level as the game has progressed. These changes bring better overall visuals, more immersive game play elements, and more.

Due to this, you will notice a decent change in how things look and feel after the "Confrontation Scene" that was at the end of the. Branch text, lighting, and LOD being the things that will jump out at you the most.

Animation has also been decently overhauled to bring an even more immerse H-Scene experience.

As you can imagine, taking on the extra workload proved to take more time than expected. Chapter 1 is pretty much complete as far as being put together, we would say around 90%. Then we need to iron out any bugs and polish the player's experience to a level that will meet our expectations for you. So overall percent we will say is around 75%.

With this said, the project release of Chapter 1 will experience a short delay. Our current production schedule expects a polished finished product to release on the date of August 11th, 2023.

Another element to this delay is the Art Designer of our project. They have a heart condition that unfortunately can make them very ill for a week or two at a time. The condition is intermittent and has effected them off and on throughout this production. Never the less, when they are able to work, they are doing the best they can to deliver you all a solid experience for when you get to enjoy Illusion of Being's first chapter.
